        I've known John on and off professionally over the last 5 years but never sourced a role via him. There are a lot of recruiters out there that don't make the effort to keep you up to date or are genuinely friendly whilst professional and I think I'm one of the pickiest people out there for who I work with (often putting down the phone to recruiters). John has sourced me a great role and throughout kept me up to date and helped iron out questions / problems and worked hard as the middle man during the process. I have valued Johns help and expertise and he's set a good impression for ISR.
