8 months continually giving excuses for electric gates and shutters that never work. Hiring poorly trained companies that clearly have no idea what they are doing with regards to repairs.
4 months and still waiting for an electric gate key fob, limited replies and constant excuses as to why they cant send a replacement.
If you want a company to take your money and perform constant sub par work, this company must be top of your list.
If you want a professional company you must look elsewhere.

Second thing is they changed the main entrance lockers without telling anyone at all and just put the keys into the mail box??? Like honestly? You should inform people they wont be able to get home especially when someone is doing night shifts or coming back home at 2am and cant access their own Property! Ridiculous.
And third thing its a New one From today- they changed code to our gate which they fixed after x months but again nobody informed us before so we now have to walk all the way around the blocking get home honestly well done for horrible work you do. Plus doors bells are still not fixed3 years its really really bad service! And excuses which we heard theyre waiting for parts to get delivered? I mean even From China it would be here earlier than 3 years.
The main gate where cars have to pass is not working over 6 years I would say maybe even longer. And whoever is working and answering their landline is really rude and bigheaded woman- as when I asked to fix door bells again and mentioned gate is not working she calmly said, Yes I know the gate doesnt work already few years.. well Im glad you know that and youre doing f*** all with that.. honestly. I would like to know what are we paying these services for? Should we not get refund for all those years of you not doing your job too? I think that would be fair
