    Edge management WORSE management company. Took over are site after under biding or selling there services as cheaper. BUT GUESSED THEY REALISED THEY BIT OFF MORE THAN THEY COULD CHEW. Greedy company (cost residents double service/management costs). They do not follow the lease/leasehold or list/rules. UNLESS IT SUITS THEM OR THERE POCKETS (but expected residents to & if residents didn't you are threatened by email/letter. There was 1 female staff member who was rude & would argue with you on phone as in shout at you. Complaints never dealt with or ignored. They have left are site now & have left the site a mess. The mess left is what they have ignored to remove/fix or put right. I paid 3months of management fees & they left. SO IM GUESSING THE 2 MONTHS I PAID WHICH THEY WILL HAVE NOT DONE NO MANAGEMENT FOR WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR MOVED TO NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Hopefully new management company will be better. They made my mother's life a nightmare she was 85years old had alzheimer's and vascular dementia. She was pushed into money poverty trying to pay this company (never had this problem with the other management company). Thank god she is now not here to deal with it & doesn't need to deal with them anymore & neither do we.

    Truly the most incompetent business Ive ever had to deal with, absolutely zero interest in helping people. 8 months continually giving excuses for electric gates and shutters that never work. Hiring poorly trained companies that clearly have no idea what they are doing with regards to repairs. 4 months and still waiting for an electric gate key fob, limited replies and constant excuses as to why they cant send a replacement. If you want a company to take your money and perform constant sub par work, this company must be top of your list. If you want a professional company you must look elsewhere.

    The worst Property management I have ever dealt with- our door bells dont work over 3 years which is ridiculous..we even had a guys over to have a look at it, and they still have not been able to fix it after several emails and calls and complaints. Second thing is they changed the main entrance lockers without telling anyone at all and just put the keys into the mail box??? Like honestly? You should inform people they wont be able to get home especially when someone is doing night shifts or coming back home at 2am and cant access their own Property! Ridiculous. And third thing its a New one From today- they changed code to our gate which they fixed after x months but again nobody informed us before so we now have to walk all the way around the blocking get home honestly well done for horrible work you do. Plus doors bells are still not fixed3 years its really really bad service! And excuses which we heard theyre waiting for parts to get delivered? I mean even From China it would be here earlier than 3 years. The main gate where cars have to pass is not working over 6 years I would say maybe even longer. And whoever is working and answering their landline is really rude and bigheaded woman- as when I asked to fix door bells again and mentioned gate is not working she calmly said, Yes I know the gate doesnt work already few years.. well Im glad you know that and youre doing f*** all with that.. honestly. I would like to know what are we paying these services for? Should we not get refund for all those years of you not doing your job too? I think that would be fair

Anything I have asked them to follow up has been done promptly. Dawn and Anita have been particularly helpful and I've really appreciated their work so far.
