My Emergency Services

As previously reviewed, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. They are truely awfull. Massively inflated prices for absolutely awful service, if you can call it service at all. The pricing over the phone does not match what you get charged, the vans aswell as the people who come out are just horendous, swearing, cursing, slagging the company off. I SOO wish I had just turned the first lad away. But in an emergency you do feel the pressure to continue. A catalogue of one excuse after another. Cancelled appointments, 3 people to sort the problem over a period of 2 weeks. None of which had the correct equipment to do the job. Sooo glad I paid deposit by bank transfer and not card so they didn't have my details and rob me of any more money. The problem was never sorted as I found out on Boxing day, as the man hole cover overflowed...nice!! Eventually got Anglian water to sort it as it was a shared drain. Cost me nothing! Something they neglected to tell me. PLEASE PLEASE.... Do not go near them. I have never experience anything as bad as this. I have also contacted Trading Standards.

1 star because the job was done, but it was a very unpleasant experience! First, I had to wait for 6 hours, not at all the length of time promised. The explanation of the pricing given on the phone at great speed, was most confusing and I ended up having to pay what amounted to 15 per minute, plus VAT of course!!!!!!! I was forced to pay there and then, no cheque accepted. One credit card refused to pay the company ! Why? I felt intimidated and most uncomfortable.

My first ever review, only doing it as so upset.. Charged 350 for 30 minutes work, only cleared enough for water to pass, not sewerage. Had to get Metro rod in the following week go do the job properly 85! I reported this to the credit card company I paid with, hopefully they will take action. Only given 1 star as no lower option. Sent email asking for a copy of invoice, no reply, and to request refund, no reply, if they reply I will update...

Dont touch with a drain rod. 300 bill for half hours work, then left without unblocking the blockage. Said drains were collapsed quoted 800. 70 year pensioner cleared it in 8 mins. Company very uncooperative when i went to complain. Gave one star cause no lower option. At least dick turpin wore a mask before robbing people blind

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COWBOY OUT FIT THEY ARE THE SAME COMANY AS "THE DRAIN UNBLOCKING COMPANY" BASED IN MANCHESTER I am a previous employee of that company to be fair i would not of even said that they are a company. Old vans with no sign writing the office is a joke a really old building with no facilities that. They have staff that are not trained to use any of the equipment ie the high powered water jetter cctv camera course. And in the case of one elderly lady they took completion payment for a job that hadnt even been started let alone finish none of the staff have been crb checked properly. Trading standards and rouge traders have been informed. This company is full of bullies who take your money and scarper and pretend to give you a 12 month guarantee. Youl be paying for every unblock. This company cant even decied what they call them selfs is it my emergency services or is is emergency draiange ltd all the positive reviews that are on here are fake and from people that they know. Stay well away from this cowboy outfit there are much more better companies out there Update .. this cowboy out fit are now calling themselves "the drain unblocking company" how original hey that'll be trading standards called again absolute cowboys. The cowboys that run this shambles are Dave and Chris. They think there clever by changing the name however they use the same phone number and address very clever not. So I've just tried to put a review however they are not under Google they are with a private review company who have to have a paid invoice to be able to put a review how convenient.
