        Last 6 prescriptions have not been scanned to the system to send the text for collection. Extremely poor and dangerous. This has led to running out of medication.

        Same female member of staff served me Friday 16th December and Monday 19th December . No customer service skills at all, rude and passive aggressive. Asked for advice on a product to which she snapped how should I know if itll work for you. Not a pharmacist, a Tesco customer assistant, surely they should have basic knowledge of the products they sell?! Her attitude was just awful, and its put me off going here again
