Glam & Glow

Initially impressed with the ease of making an appointment online, but that altered when I turned up at the salon this afternoon to be told by the man at the vape shop which fronts beauty salon that Hannah does not work Wednesdays and Treatwell shouldn't have allowed my booking. I then saw a text message from Hannah sent 70 minutes before my appointment that she had been let down by her child care, but she had slots free tomorrow. So which is it? Never works Wednesdays or childcare problem? I won't be going back

0 star if I could. Have not made it to the salon yet as both times I've booked in with her she has cancelled on me last min. Second time being very recently she took a deposit from me and promised to return this which has still never happened even after plenty of opportunity. Disgusting customer service. Has no reviews on Facebook page as has been removed and removed herself swiftly off treatwell although I had already seen some bad reviews stating exactly what I have been through (cancellation last min and no return of deposit) but as I've seen her work looked good I wanted to put my trust that wouldn't happen to me. Big mistake. Do not bother unless you want to have your time wasted and your money taken from you for no service provided.
