        I can't believe the receptionest refuses to leave message to the gp to re issue a medication. Can someone tell the receptionest his job to pass message to gp and he/she will make the decision. Thank

        Ive been with the practice for a few years and have always been really pleased with them. Theyre only human and the odd thing is missed but always quick to rectify. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, Doctors are professional and the nurse is wonderful.

        They should hire new receptionist. Didnt call me back and when I chased up, they send message said I should consult local pharmacist instead of them.
