I don't understand how the reviews can be so high. The place is dirty, and i don't mean a bit of dust, literally everything is dirty. The seats had food and footprints all over them, tables and menus were sticky, cutlery had sticky fingerprints, my coffee cup had fingerprints, some orange residue and someone's lipstick on it. the lady didn't wash her hands once. i watched her deal with me, deal with another customer, pick things off the floor, deal with food....the most she did was rinse off her measuring jugs. I ordered a crepe, strawberry delight and a latte which came up to 8.50. On the menu the crepe says that it is freshly cut strawberries, nutella WITH chocolate sauce or white chocolate sauce so I requested no nutella just white chocolate sauce but with extra strawberries to make up for the loss of topping but 5.50 price tag. The lady unhappily agreed and started to make the crepe, she then turned around and told me that the option was nutella OR white chocolate, I quickly apologised and turned back to the menu. I read it aloud and said that what she stated was incorrect, the lady said no because their chocolate sauce was made of melted nutella. I explained that as a customer, I can only go by what the menu said and it stated nutella WITH chocolate sauce OR white chocolate. Anyway, when we finally got over these semantics, my crepe arrived. The crepe looked beautiful! It was overcooked, so overcooked in fact that it flaked when I tried to use cutlery - had to eat it by hand. taste was fine but it would be difficult to make white chocolate and fresh strawberries taste bad!! I am ashamed of myself for having eaten from such a dirty establishment. truly shocking that they had 5 star reviews. I have attached pictures, judge for yourself.
