I would leave minus stars if I could ... broken products and no refund no customer service to deal with I'm a single mom on a budget I brougresolutioa pc back in November 21 not only did it not work but it was also not set up to do the things it was advertised to do. The whole pc was sent back to their warehouse in January we are still waiting for the full refund my son is so upset as it was a birthday gift that I had saved up for. The website doesn't work the number is incorrect and I've sent so many emails with no response. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THOS COMPANY...

Received Computer from this company it is a fraudulent computer because theyve sent me a computer where the motherboard doesnt even work and this is after the fact that they sold me a bundle for over 300 and only sent me the computer not the monitor not the mouse not even the mouse mat after sending the first bundle back because there were dents in it. do not buy from this company I have got in touch with action fraud regarding this company and whatever way possible I will be taking it further even if I have to go to the financial ombudsman I will get this company viewed because Im now out of money because he could not be bothered to send me what I paid for he is a fraudster and a thief because hes kept my money and not provided the goods I paid for! He didnt even try to settle it with me hes disgusting. If anybody wants to see the correspondence pictures of the computer ect please contact me because people like this shouldnt be able to have a company at all.

Bought for nephew for Xmas opened it. And all I got was blue screen of death tried to contact them waist of time stay clear.
