Don't trust this company. They have 3 outstanding cleans to do in my house which I have already paid for (worth 78quid). I asked for either 3 extra cleans as they were contracted to do or to refund the monies owed to me asap. To date they have not returned this money to me (after two months), and have stopped replying to any communication from me when I ask for them to let me know what is happening. Completely untrustworthy company, and taking advantage of clients. Would not recommend.

Paid 64 for the deep clean but it wasn't done to a satisfactory standard. I didn't want a normal clean, I wanted a deep, thorough clean. We agreed what would be done on the phone before I booked this company. They were an hour late to start with and after they had gone, some of the work had been done and some of it hadn't. This was NOT a deep clean Using the wording "deep clean" so they can charge you 32 per hour is a total rip off. I did email Joanne to give her a chance of responding but didn't hear from her. In this case, you don't get what you pay for !!!
