        Jon recently came out to a 9 year old hotpoint washer and although he could have charged us for a replacement, advised us to speak to hotpoint as our washer was a fire risk. Thanks to Jon we got a free washing machine through hotpoint. Anybody else may have instead sold us a new machine. Jon's call-out fee was very reasonable. Will use again if needed.
