Absolutely amazing, staff knew how I had been struggling with getting my bulldog to walk on her lead but when I collected her on 2nd stay she was freely walking. Staff are great

My sisters dog comes here twice a week every week for the past 6 months. Very happy with the care he receives. Extremeky friendly and knowledgeable staff and a personal service. Would highly recommend.

Our beloved dog's stayed at stainsby grange kennels for 2 nights. We turned up excited to see them at 3.45pm to see the place was in darkness a member of staff turned up at 4.10pm to open up & turned the lights on. Or dogs were dehydrated their tongues were swollen, their bedding was saturated in dog wee which inturn made my dog's smell. In my opinion our dog's hadn't been out for exercise or even human contact. I certainly wouldn't recommend this kennels to house your pets

Our little dog Billy has just stayed for 2 nights at the kennels, we were worried as it was his first time staying away, Kim did a fantastic job of looking after him, we were kept updated on how he was and saw lots of pictures which was very reassuring , a big thank you to Caleb , Kim's son who helped look after him. Would definitely recommend and will be taking Billy back in the future, thanks Kim and all the staff at Stainsby Grange.
