Brooke House Care Home Norwich

This really is one of the nicest homes i have visited, staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, the grounds are amazing too.

Brooke house is truly a home from home. Nothing is too much trouble and some great actvities to get involved in, varied lounges or a conservatory if you want peace and quiet watching the deer that visit the gardens. The food is cooked from fresh ingredients and any dish can be cooked to order. They truly care like they would if their family was living there. Cant praise them enough personalised care is so important and they truly believe in this.

I would recommend Brooke House to anyone wishing to find a care home for their loved one. The home is well kept and peaceful and the kind and caring staff go out of their way to make residents, family and friends feel at home and are always on hand to answer any questions or concerns. Mum was at Brooke for many years and we found the patience and energy of staff amazing, especially Caroline, Chris, Kerry and Tom who helped me immensely at this very difficult time. I shall miss my lovely Mum but I shall also miss Brooke House.

Thanks for your all support with my Dad's care plan. I am more than happy with the care he is receiving, and would like to take this opportunity to again commend Brooke House staff in this regard-particular in the management of his personal care, which i know is a challenging area for both dad and your carers. Always he was treated in a caring and kindly way, which is nice for me to see. I would not hesitate to recommend brooke house care home as the best in Norwich for the residential & nursing care. My wife has been in Brooke House since August2013. I inspected nine local care homes before selecting Brooke House The quality of care has been exceptional, with very caring staff, clean and good quality furnishings, plus wholesome home cooked food. Local NHS staff call regularly to provide any medical needs as required and requested. Regular entertainment is provided and trips out for those who are able to travel. An added bonus is the large well tended garden
