D G Repair Centre

Our patio door has been a problem for some time. Found it really difficult to find someone who would help. Finally found DG. Repair Centre. A dream to deal with from beginning to end right from their very quick initial response. A few photos and emails and everything was booked in. What looked like a very simple job proved anything but. Dan persisted beyond the point where I was ready to give up. However I now have a perfectly functioning patio door and a lot more money in my bank account as I haven't had to get a whole new door. Dan and Tina have been a delight to deal with right the way through.

A good few months back I noticed my neighbour having his windows serviced and I had a chat with the installer Daniel. I left my windows and then with the rise in the cost of living I decided it would now be a good idea to get my windows checked and draught proofed. I sent an email using their easy to use website and they replied promptly to arrange a date. Daniel arrived on time and said that the windows were of a high quality and that I only needed one window repaired and 2 handles replaced. He easy to talk to and explained everything he was doing and I ended up paying much less than I anticipated. I can't recommend this company enough and I this will be my go to company from now on.

Called Daniel knowing he was busy, and booked up to our next appointment in 10/15 days. We had locked our back door and broken the door handle so couldnt get into the garden! He was with us in 30 mins and sorted our problem without delay. What service !! No wonder hes never short of work ! Competent reliable craftsmen never are. !!

Five star service from Dan. He came to do some much needed repairs on the UPVC at our new home. The work was initially booked for a day that did nothing but rain so the job was abandoned and rightly so. Dan and the head office rescheduled it for later in the week with no issues. Jobs ranged from changing gutter brackets to fitting new down pipes. All jobs were completed to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future should the need arise. Also Dan was very patient with our 2 greyhounds one of which loves to bark at workmen!! By the end of his visit Koko enjoyed some fuss from Dan Thanks again DG Repair Centre.

DG Repair Centre removed a patio door to enable a sofa delivery. From start to finish communication between us and Dan was excellent. Tina who picks up the emails and arranges appointment times is so helpful and re-assured us at all times that they could help us. Dan went above and beyond by coming the night before to make 100% sure the work could be done before the furniture company arrived to re-deliver. We would highly recommend DG Repair Centre to anybody. Thanks again Dan and Tina. Well done.
