Funeral Filming

Scott has, without being obtrusive, live streamed or for viewing after or downloading, made an excellent film of my father's farewell church service. It was done for those unable to attend but is also a fascinating time shot of the family and friends. I suspect it is a film which will become more interesting as time passes as a brilliantly saved memory. Huge thanks Scott.

I booked Scott less than 24 hours before my mums funeral. Very last minute arrangement but the funeral was filmed perfectly. Without even having to speak to Scott on the day, he arrived early in the rain and didnt let this affect anything. He also came to the different locations I asked for promptly, and was always ready despite delays. Very professional service. 100% recommend!

The funeral and celebration of the life of my wife, Marion, took place on 16 September. It was a joyous uplifting occasion; a wonderful, fitting tribute to a very special Christian lady. The service was filmed and live-streamed at the time, and recorded by Scott Davey.. I was nervous about whether this would work but the cameraman, Scott Davey, put my mind at rest. In the event, it was viewed simultaneously with the congregation in St Giles, Ashtead, Surrey, - in California (at 6am their time), Florida, Toronto, Perth (Australia), Stockholm (Sweden), and several parts of the UK. All who have responded so far have remarked on the clarity of the filming and the quality of the sound. Several have been very complimentary about the choir and the music. Not only that; the recording of the whole occasion is (somehow) stored on the same website and will be able to be seen for some time by anyone who was not available at the time and wants to, and by others of us who want to see it again. And I am planning to get copies on DVDs and memory sticks. Scott Davey's service is excellent.

Professional and Seamless Scott livestreamed my mum's funeral on August 4th 2022. Everything from start to finish on the day was handled professionally, the sound, picture quality and transition from church to burial was seamless. Family and friends around the world were able to follow along without any issues. I also truly appreciated Scott's willingness and ability to answer any questions and personalise our requests. I haven't watched the recording myself but I'm told the streaming of the service was excellent. Great sound and picture quality and that was with no wifi at the Church. Dealing the Scott was a really pleasant experience at what was a difficult time and he made the whole process easy. Elderly relatives who were unable to make the Service and others who were away on holiday were delighted to be able to join the day via the live stream. I definitely recommend.
