Brilliant, only bought a remnant for the stairs but service was great. Will call again when I need the living room fitted.

How about a five star review for a Company that hasn't even fitted my flooring yet, That's not their problem its mine after my house was flood damaged , I chose some flooring had Simon come to measure up and Quote , I paid for it and then I had to keep putting the dates back due to unfinished building work , Simon from Classic Carpets just said "No drama mate, the price will stay the same" and rebooked me in for another date ....Brilliant , I love this company simply because of the level of great friendly customer service they give and nothing is a problem , that is simply the only reassurance you ever need , Brilliant friendly customer service at an affordable price and understanding their customers needs is all anyone wants from a company and this company does it So an update 29/10/20 when the guys came to fit my bathroom floor I wasn't expecting perfect , this house is 447 years old and nothing is perfect , I can't afford perfect as I suspect no-one who's ever lived here could , but what I got was perfect and they fixed a bit of stair carpet that at this time isn't being replaced that had become loose , perhaps I should expect work from trades to be perfect in the future because that's what I have got with this company and I cant thank you enough Laundry room next then three bedrooms and finally that stair carpet which thankfully now may not cause me to trip and break my neck you have my continued business thanks so much
