Nunwell Surgery.

Incredible staff, appointments readily available. We are extremely lucky to have this surgery, probably one of the best in the UK.

I must admit, I haven't found Nunwell over the past few years to be that good, I understand the pressures they must be under , but the Service and immediate advice and prompt return phone-call from a Nurse (after I had phoned 111) who was able to diagnose my severe allergic re-action and immediately direct me to the best actions was brilliant, Its Kind-of restored my faith, Not necessarily in the NHS but in the people in the NHS, either way it was 5 star service today, The response time from when I phoned 111 to when Nunwell phoned me was 16 minutes, that is pretty incredibly Fantastic , Thank you

I find it very difficult to get appointments for more routine things Long waits on the phone to talk to receptionist asked if it is urgent and when I say not really urgent told to phone again Rarely seem to have diaries on computer to book ahead even when advised to by doctor Then end up in the phone cycle again Seems really inefficient Im retired dont know how working public manage to cope with it Must be a better way surely When you do get an appointment its fine

One star for the practice management and their not really worth that .Went in this morning , Monday , to make an appointment . Receptionist seemed to be incapable of understanding this basic concept and told us we had to ring on Wednesday morning to make one as she couldn't make one while we were there . I'm sure the doctors are OK , buts thats if you ever allowed to see one .

A well run surgery that doesnt take 75 calls to get through to someone. Very grateful for a good surgery.
