        Rooms: Stayed in a standard double room. Heating was completely off and no supplementary heater provided so, with sub-zero outside temperatures, the room was icy. No extra blankets provided. The single-glazed windows did nothing to keep out the booming traffic noise from the busy road next to the place. Walls are paper thin, so every sound from other rooms is loud and clear. The place is closed and locked by 9pm, so late-comers may have a problem. Overall, primitive, basic accommodation and very expensive given the poor level of quality and comfort.
