Fabulous place full of happy kids playing and learning. Bright and clean, airy and spacious. Great caf and some excellent classes and courses for adults. Just outside Bromyard - parking can be challenging at times!

Both my sons attended the hope centre for a over a year. My eldest did really well there, he started out as a very shy and timid boy who is now thriving at school. My youngest didnt do so well there. He is currently going through an assessment for selective mutism. I told my concerns to the staff at the hope centre, who referred me to a health visitor and went through the motions of trying to uncover what was wrong. The health visitor simply said he was just a shy boy. And that was it. There was no follow up, the nursery also accepted this. Being a mum, not someone who holds a degree of level 3 in childcare I trusted them, I thought they were the professionals who knew what they were doing. I initially thought I was being paranoid. I knew something wasnt right, and it wasnt down to just being shy so I researched more and found selective mutism. The waiting list for a speech and language therapist with the nhs is currently 6-7 months. I now have to go private. If the nursery had noticed sooner, my son could have had a diagnosis and therapy sessions ready for school. Although they are a good nursery, I think they failed my youngest. If a child is doing okay or thriving it would be a great nursery but if your child has extra needs this isnt the place to go.
