I have had several sessions of physio and massage with Steph following a hysterectomy. Steph really took the time to talk me through exercises to get me back to the gym and gave lots of practical advice. Steph was really knowledgable and made me feel a lot more confident about what I could do. I wholeheartedly recommend Steph. She put me completely at ease and I really enjoyed the massage and found it beneficial. She also followed up our sessions with advice and help. Thank you Steph.

Steph was so friendly which put me at ease immediately. She has given me some really helpful exercises to incorporate into my daily routine and I know if I follow her advice I will see improvement relatively quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone suffering with womens health issues.

I came with my friend today and was really worried as I've never had a wax in my life lol. Emma moseley called us into the room and was lovely so gentle kind and caring and it actually hurts more when I pluck it than Emma waxing it . Thank u my lovely xx see u again xx
