The waiting area is always clean and tidy, with a separated areas for cats and small pets so any dogs in the waiting room don't distress them.
Timekeeping of the veterinary practitioners is good, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time and any delayed appointment is always started with a "sorry for your wait".
