        Ordered a taxi the night before for 8:30 to have to wait until 9:00 with still half an hour waiting time when asked for a refund of my 20 they told me it would take 2 days I then rang back 5 days later to be told the refund has just been send so another 2 days, 2 WEEKS LATER still no refund! Absolutely shocking!

        Absolute waste of time. Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Pre book a taxi for it never to turn up and this has happened on multiple occasions. Rude drivers as well.

        Pre booked a taxi, it didn't turn up even though we called an hour before to confirm. Called them, and informed 20 min delay. Called back, asked for them to be honest, was a taxi coming, and we were informed there was not a driver to dispatch!
