We arranged a 2 way trip to and from Birmingham airport in October.
To the airport the chap was punctual and very friendly, loaded our bags and was very chatty on the journey in a multi seater van with plenty of space.
On our return at 2.30am we were collected by a lady who was equally friendly and loaded our bags into a Mercedes estate with equal amount of space. Also nice and chatty on the way home as we discussed the state of the countries politics!!!!
Once home after 10mins we realised my husband must have left his phone in the car. When called, the lady offered to return to bring the phone back which she really didnt need to at now 3.30amish!!
Wed like to thank her for that.
Highly recommend BNC taxis and will definitely be using them again for our next trip.
