I have used this company for my last two projects and have had very positive experiences. From my dealings with Antony I have found him very professional and helpful. My last project was a bit of a rush job and although Antony had a heavy workload and was due to go on holiday later that month he managed to get my calculations back to me promptly so my job could go ahead. Will be using JTA on my next project.

Very poor service by J Turner & Associates. I required the calculations for a roof on an extension I was having. I duly forwarded my architects drawings as well as having a detailed conversation over the phone to JTA so there was absolutely no confusion as to what was needed. I received the calculations quickly but they hadn't done what I asked for. When my builders (who couldn't understand why JTA had not done the calculations in the first place as they were cc'd into the e-mails) contacted them for the correct calculations, JTA charged me again. Totally unprofessional. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company.
