It's always a gamble hoping that whoever calls at your house will be honest, and advise you on your best options without overselling. You have no worries with Norman. He was a consummate professional. He arrived on time, listened to my security concerns and explained the options, even explaining the difference between what would be adequate and what would be overkill! When he installed the alarm , he fitted, tested and gave us a talk-thru. I can recommend him without any reservations. In the world of double glazing, alarms, and various other trades there are many dodgy blokes. Norman is that rare find, a man of his word and his quote.

Due to problems with our home alarm system, we needed a local alarm security company to sort out the problems. After reading the glowing reviews from other customers, we had no hesitation in contacting Norman Nordali. Norman visited us promptly and diagnosed that a new keypad and control panel were needed to replace the 26 year old system. He returned a week later and completed the work. He talked us through how to use the various procedures that can be done on our new alarm system, and ensured we we happy and confident how is works. I searched the web for local alarm installers. I checked Normans site and read all the positive feedback, so I rang to request a visit to discuss the options available. I can now add another positive feedback for him. He was honest and forthcoming with the best option considering our circumstances and subsequently fitted our new alarm system. Having done so he explained in easy to understand detail about the operation and options provided by the system. I would thoroughly recommend Normans services and his willingness to assist with any self inflicted problems we may have in the future.
