Quattro properties completed works at my property as instructed by my insurance company. No notification was given as to when they were to arrive and complete works, they just turned up and did the work. I've now received threatening emails from the director asking for my excess payments. I have referred him back to my insurance company who are settling this for me. The director continued to threaten me over phone with the small claims court if I refused to pay. The director has sent me photographs of the work completed at my property and when I asked where the proof of safety compliance for his scaffold tower to which he told me to go and do my research and he'll see me in court. The director is a rude man and no business should be offered to him, I will be making sure that my insurance company strike him off their approved suppliers list.
