Absolutely amazing here I wouldnt go anywhere else. After not having my eyes tested for quite sometime, I was recommended this optitions. The staff are friendly and thorough and I was referred to the eye clinic, unfortunately I didnt get a letter so I went back in. The staff member Laura booked me in for another appointment very quick to get me re referred without a quibble.

From making my initial appointment, the service/care provided by the Eyedeal Eyecare team was exemplary. Just got to get used to varifocals now!

Eyedeal Eyecare was recommended to me a few years ago by a friend. Since then I have visited on several occasions and have always been pleased with the friendly and professional service I have received from the whole team. Attention to detail has always been evident, from the thorough eye tests, through selection of frames, to making sure that I was happy with the glasses that I purchased.

Eyedeal eye care, great eye test, very thorough, very friendly staff, really helpful, however, dont forget it is a business, so with all businesses, its about making money! I was very happy with my 400 glasses, then an arm broke off, got it fixed for 35, was told 12 month guarantee on repairs, fab. Then some time later the other arm broke off, it happens, but 35 later and 4 days to get them they were fixed. It broke again 3 months later, i called for advice, only to be told the work wasn't guaranteed at all?? Also, we can't repair them again as already done it once so can't do another repair on same hinge! However, they were willing to bring my eye test forward to see about new glasses, like everyone has got 400+ for a new pair, i actually said i can't afford new glasses as ive only had them 2.5 years, i will get some super glue, or plasters like folks did back in the day, and repair them myself, she said, arhh im so sorry??!! Cutting it short, i found a guy on the internet who repairs glasses, he did a grand job, well actually , he didn't solder it like they did, he replaced it with a complete new hinge for less than half their price, and he got them back to me via post within 24 hours, no mask, no waiting at the door, no car parking fees, just had to open my letter box and un wrap the parcel, i know what i'll be doing in the future!!
