Can't recommend Chapman's enough. The staff are amazing! Always friendly, happy to help and cheer me up! Great choice in good quality frames and the after care is second to non. The eye test itself is thorough and the optician very caring. I won't go anywhere else!

The service is second to none. There is very much a family feel, staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I have an autistic 13 year old who has problems with physical proximity and touch. This can sometimes make things such as an opticians visit difficult. Staff have taken great care to build trust and rapport with my son and we would not take him anywhere else! 10 out of 10 and their aftercare and care plans are great value.

I am a customer of Chapmans Bromsgrove for frequent replacement contact lenses and glasses as well as regular eye examinations and sight tests. I cannot praise the team enough for consistently exceeding my expectations. They are all industry professional's and clearly enjoy what they do. Thank you Chapmans Bromsgrove you are superstars.
