Mark and Martine assisted us massively when applying for our first mortgage. As first time buyers we knew very little about the process or the market, however Mark and Martine were always helpful, knowledgeable and informative. At the start of the process we had a meeting with Mark in person to discuss our situation, finances and income, which allowed Mark to properly assess options available to us. When we received our mortgage options, Mark was able to advise us on the terms, options and aid us to make a decision that suited us long term. We also felt we got an amazing rate, especially compared to others we know currently buying in the market too. During the buying process, Martine kept us updated, informed and emailed regularly to ensure we were on track. Our mortgage was processed quickly and we moved in 2 months later as there was no waiting around to hear back from the mortgage company!
