Fantastic place unfortunately I have been visiting this establishment for nearly 3 years now on and off . The staff are all helpful and friendly especially Lorraine.

Very disappointed. Just been refused an appointment to see a physio because I am exempt from wearing a mask. Offered telephone consultation. Cannot see how physiotherapy is possible over the phone. Gov guidelines permits exemptions from mask wearing. If the physiotherapist is wearing a mask they are protected. This is discrimination and neglect.

Suffering from long term spinal arthritis I must admit I was a bit sceptical that any treatment would help but was sent to see a lovely chap called Steve who has worked wonders. I've gone from being in severe pain most days to hardly any pain at all. Only drawback is on the NHS you're limited to a maximum of 6 sessions and with my condition treatment really needs to be long term. I would definitely recommend Catherine Adams physiotherapy as everyone from the receptionist to the physiotherapist has been nothing but polite and helpful.
