Regents Court Care Home

Run down building and contents and garden an uninviting mess. Dirty and strong bad smell. No activities, short staffed, would not recommend to anyone but the most difficult to place.

A good, caring carehome with kind and supportive staff. Recent re-decoration a big improvement to the look and feel of the facility.

All of the staff I have ever dealt with here have been kind, caring and helpful. Like most care homes, it sometimes appears short staffed and possibly due to this there aren't many options for the residents to go on trips outside of the home, which is a shame. But overall, I think the staff here do a great job and are patient under often stressful circumstances.

There is no Activity for the residents, the company on a whole is very poorly run, staff turnover is constant; which is extremely poor especially when caring for residents suffering with dementia. The dignity is also lacking here, I would never send a member of my family here, or advice anyone to work for this company.
