        We had a long year of poor experiences trying to buy a property with other estate agents, and so feel somewhat qualified to comment that oulsnam of barnt green have been absolutely excellent. They have gone above and beyond to help us with our purchase (even before we had an offer accepted) and have been helpful and preemptive in their assistance throughout. Excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff. Cannot recommend enough.

        I have found this agent the most unprofessional agent I have dealt with recently, I made an offer on a let property over 10 days ago and after constantly chasing for an update and promised call back after call back still nothing!! I have since used another agent found a property completed all paperwork paid the deposit and collect the keys next week.....whilst I am still waiting for a call back from Ouslnam....Can you imagine how bad this is for the landlords they represent??
