Done a beautiful job on my engagement ring

I was clumsy and chipped and broke my opal in half, thankfully the team, especially Mark at K Bassam jewellers were able to speedily help. I had a new stone shaped from the museum in Brisbane where my husband brought my opal, and the team were then able to re set and roduim plate my ring to make it as good as new. So happy with the service and will definitely be in touch once I have decided on what to do with my 2 broken opal pieces.

Absolutely fantastic jewellers. They could not have been more helpful when I went to request their help with a broken engagement ring. They could see how upset I was so they strove to fix it that very day! Within a couple of hours my ring was back on my finger, completely fixed and beautifully polished! Would very highly recommend. Took my white gold wishbone style wedding ring in today to be taken down a size and also had it rhodium plated along with my engagement ring, all this done in less than two hours whilst we went for a drink and a bite to eat on the high street. Absolutely thrilled with them, they look better than new and now my wedding ring fits snuggly and more comfortable. Fantastic customer service and will definitely visit again

Fantastic Customer Service and Repairs. Thank you for fixing my sons gold chain so quickly and efficiently. Also purchased a beautiful pair of earrings whilst I was in the shop...so many lovely pieces to choose from.
