Been taken over by new management. They failed to scan my parcel correctly so no tracking information loaded on my vinted account. Vinted refunded the buyer and I lost out 18 and a pair of shoes .

Just been to use their yodel drop off service to be greeted by a very rude cashier. He saw that I had a few parcels and when I needed their printing service, which the yodel service states they have, he grunted that its not working and brushed me off to attend to the man behind me. I wont be using their store for petrol again.

Just been to return a parcel via yodel - the male cashier must be the rudest person I've had the misfortune to come across. Walked into the back office when he saw I had a parcel, then barked orders at me, despite me saying please and thank you, threw a self adhesive label at me and refused to take the backing off me shouting "your rubbish put it in the bin outside" then threw my parcel into an office/cupboard. Will bbecer go back. Completely unwarranted behaviour. Avoid this establishment.
