We commissioned Richard Removals to move us to Somerset on the personal recommendation of a friend. We were impressed with the helpful and professional response to our initial inquiry, and this continued throughout the whole experience. As an added bonus, they were the cheapest (of 5 quotes). We elected for them to provide a packing service which we believed would ensure that our belongings were less likely to be damaged in transit. There was just one breakage - that of a garden ornament. They turned up when they said they would (slightly early on both occasions) and were helpful and friendly throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them again.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Richards Removals provided us with. Every part of the process was excellent. Kerry in the office was so responsive and reassuring and Howard and Ian were fantastic. Every request was met with-no problem. They arrived at the destination( quite a long journey from the Midlands to Sussex) in excellent time. Cannot fault this Removals firm and would recommend them for their professional reassuring approach and a service that was extremely good value.
