        Hi all, I had a plumbing emergency at my Dad's! The staff at Wolseley gave me the advice I needed and options, they also allowed me to return unopened parts not needed. Thank you

        Sean was very unhelpful and I suspected he didn't even bother to look for a part we needed. Called another branch (Redditch) who were very helpful, and checked stock of Bromsgrove and found the part I needed was in stock at Bromsgrove, proving Sean didn't even look. Called back and gave Sean the part number, and lo and behold, it's in stock. He was a little more helpful then, though was still not 'brilliant'.
