        Not sure what has happened to this once decent surgery! You can only now request medical help online for one hour in the morning and even when you do that they completely ignore you. This system had previously been working so well and was useful for people who work all day and cannot wait in long phone queues. It's a struggle to get through on the telephones and when you do the receptionists are unhelpful and quite frankly don't seem to have a clue what they are doing! That is not something I say lightly as I know they do a very difficult job but at the moment the surgery is being un-cooperative and unhelpful and I certainly would not recommend them.

        Surgery are not taking calls at all now. Nobody on reception knows what's going on. My regular prescription wasn't filled. No reason given. No way of asking.
