After 1 month of being ignored by New Look online, I went straight in to the store. I have to say, my faith in New Look has been restored. I saw two lovely girls on Saturday. The girl who dealt with my issue was called Becky, and she sorted my problem immediately. Both of the girls were so polite and kind. They definitely are an asset to New look! Thank you ladies I tried to post online on New look listens, but it was down .
