Leaders has been fully managing my property sine 2017. They have been fantastic. They communicate problems fast and they are always quick to solve them. They take care of the property by checking its state regularly. Mahema Sultana is an absolute star.

Have used Mahema Sultana, a Propety Manager at Leaders, to manage my properties over a long period of time. Her service is beyond reproach and nothing is too much trouble. If there was an issue with a tenant or a property I was informed quickly and it was resolved. Use with absolute confidence.

So I gave a 5 star review about a year ago, but since then I moved out of my property and leaders decided they were going to try and get money out of me by making out I had left the property in a worse condition than when I moved in......... 84 days after I had moved out! Luckily I know that by law they have 56 days to contact me about anything of the sort, but I have to say they were very pushy, kept changing the asking price for certain things to be fixed etc and then even had the ordasity to completely change the reason as to why they were trying to get money out of me by making yet again more accusations which were not true! Very unprofessional, sneaky, harassing and somewhat bullying company this lot! I wouldn't go through these again if my life depended on it. I understand that the landlord would have had involvement in this but as estate agents, who are a so called professional organisation, you would think they would advise the landlord and stay within the boundaries of the law to which they should know like the back of their hand. Shocking estate agents who only care about getting more money from you, even if it is through lying, bullying and intimidation tactics.

Cant thank Mahema Sultana enough for everything she has done managing my tenancy. She has gone above and beyond to sort any issues out. Highly reccomend.
