The carers really seem to have my mum's best interests at heart - they are cheerful, helpful and professional, offering advice or ideas if I ask. The office workers are super helpful whenever I ring them to ask any questions and it really feels like we are working together - they have been very supportive to me as a family member caring for a very elderly relative. I have found Bluebird Care Bromsgrove & Redditch such a fun, nurturing environment to work in. Everyone supports everyone, whether youve done care before or not. And any issues or worries are always resolved efficiently. The satisfaction of knowing you have helped someone is so rewarding and always stays with you.

I have been a Healthcare Assistant for over 12 years now, I find being a Carer very rewarding, made all the better by being part of a good Care Company. I have recently joined BLUEBIRD CARE. I chose Bluebird Care as they have a great reputation. The enormous amount of Positive, Heartfelt feedback they receive from Service users families is testament to this. Being a Carer can be hard work, and dare I say, stressful at times, at Bluebird I am supported, encouraged and nurtured within my role ... I am so grateful to be working alongside colleagues who 'TRULY CARE... with the support we receive from our Office, we are all pulling together to provide the very best service, which makes working for Bluebird so very rewarding..
