All retail stores are struggling for quality. We are purchasing substandard goods from third world countries for pennies and charging expensive prices. Sizing is not consistent, material does not drop correctly or finished off properly. Clothes and shoes used to last for years so recycling wasn't necessary, now it's a throwaway society causing all the polyamides, acrylics, polymers and plastics to dumped into landfill and the oceans during the washing process. All not M&Co's fault
