I have purchased my mother of the groom outfit from this shop and the service was excellent. I have yet to wear it on the big day but everyone I have shown it to have been so impressed. Thet are helping me with my accessories as well. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Rachel is fantastic! I was in pursuit of two bridesmaids dresses and, these being my two oldest friends, wanted a style that suited both equally. I telephoned Rachel and she secured my complete confidence at once, having understood and noted my requirements. She also helped to advise on hair etc that would compliment the dress. The shop being a real treasure trove, I intend to return to the beautiful Barnt Green to purchase a dress from the shop of my own!

I spent over 630 last June in the shop buying my entire outfit for my daughters wedding which is on Easter Saturday. I recently tried on the shoes which I purchased which are too big. Having rung the shop and explained they refused an exchange saying I had purchased them over 12 months ago (which isn't the case). They explained that they did have another pair in their sale but not in the size I required. I am puzzled if they still have the shoes in the shop why am I not allowed an exchange? I am very disappointed as I spent a great deal of money and have recommended friends to the shop. Don't think I will be going back in a hurry. Very disappointed.
