My overall experience with davenal house and stoke prior and the staff nurses and receptionists in my 6 years from moving from Birmingham is remarkable . Especially the operations at stoke prior surgery with the in house pharmacy exceptionally run.by Tracy and Naomi. Lately Theres been a drop in the overall service purely due to gps leaving and sickness etc and this needs to be addressed . I would be giving this review 5:5 but I know its not right to name and Shane buyt theres is one gp there who needs to Be repremanded for bad practice . My feelings are not isolated many have been unhappy with his attitude and bad practice. A certain Dr RODGERS at this surgery not only has an attitude problem but also has displayed bad practice on myself by taking into himself for some reason to STOP ONE OF MY EDSENTUAL PAINKILLERS FORBMY DEBREE CLUSTER HESDACHES WITHOUT 1) FOLLOWING STSNDARD GMC PROCEDURE AND HAVING THE DECENCY GO CONTSCT ME BEFIRE CANCELLING THIS 2) SECONDLY GIVING ME A REASON AS TO WHY HE WAS FOING IT Zand who gave him the directive to take this action Its not rocket science to know its proper procedure when amending someones medication which we DEPEND UPONto inform them firstly and to call them In for an appointment to explain WHY they change / or in my case just STOP IMMEFIATEKY a painkilling medication I rely upon for years and subsequently has caused me a lot of grief pain and frankly I take it personally, as its MY LIFE thsts getting affected! Its onbvjous thst DR Rodgers is CLEARLY INCOMPETENTas a practitioner and the complaint Im raising is not only going to go to the surgery head to request and inwurstvinto his actions with a copy to him but I feel the GMC or NMC or whoever the hovering body is now to register this issue to them Because if he continues to do this, its not only DISTRSPECTFUL to the patient , but incompetent and ptdntisllly DANGEROUS ! It could have been a heart medication , or fkrcdpikeody snd subsequently the patient could become seriously Ill as I have been ( ive had to borrow suitable painkillers off my mother which is not rightbadmittrdky but sgstcelde can I do when a GP takes it into himself to DELETE an essential medication without informing yhebostieny and thus it needs to br notified tonight highest level . I suffer with severe deoresive disorder and this gssvsidrd my mental health into crisis and my life has. Been affected so the GMC needs to be informed to put this GP on procedure Ingo his competence Hes also ignorant too. If the head is not happy with my honesty and I have to change practice dsirvenough I will do reluctantly until the house gets back in order as it usedd to be . A well oiled machine a first class surgery but the confusion with all the his thst hsvr Jeff and new ones coming in is just affecting me personally now as theres no consistency anymore If Dr RODGERS wants a face to face appointment I will gladly face off and express my anger . However if he gives a valid acceptable apology Im more than willing to l lol et it go on this occasion but I will notify the head thst NONE of my medication be handled by him Im the future as I dint t to end up ILL like I have been the last 4 weeks becsyse if this persons poor performamce. Hes also done a similar thing with my mother . But this I emphasise is an ISOLATED issue and the reason for me giving it 3/5 and not previous 5:5 is the recent shuffling of staff, the longer waiting times and whats happened to me recently . I have every faith the surgery will go back to having a full deck of gps like it used to and the level of service tobrrturn as to its previoius first class standard . But theres a lot of patients leaving davenal house and registering with the numerous others in Bromsgrove , so theres a red flag there for the management snd last thing one es ts a bad reputation even if its caused by one GP alone. I shall be registering my issue with a request fir a call back tomorrow to firstly ask if my medication to be rein Paul Ingram

Be repremanded for bad practice . My feelings are not isolated many have been unhappy with his attitude and bad practice.
A certain Dr RODGERS at this surgery not only has an attitude problem but also has displayed bad practice on myself by taking into himself for some reason to STOP ONE OF MY EDSENTUAL PAINKILLERS FORBMY DEBREE CLUSTER HESDACHES WITHOUT
1) FOLLOWING STSNDARD GMC PROCEDURE AND HAVING THE DECENCY GO CONTSCT ME BEFIRE CANCELLING THIS
2) SECONDLY GIVING ME A REASON AS TO WHY HE WAS FOING IT Zand who gave him the directive to take this action
Its not rocket science to know its proper procedure when amending someones medication which we DEPEND UPONto inform them firstly and to call them
In for an appointment to explain WHY they change / or in my case just STOP IMMEFIATEKY a painkilling medication I rely upon for years and subsequently has caused me a lot of grief pain and frankly I take it personally, as its MY LIFE thsts getting affected!
