        "Can't accept return because the scanner is broken." "When will that be fixed?" "Maybe tomorrow some time." Waste of time. Better off going to R&M in Charford.

        Shop refused to accept parcel claiming it was to big. It was 90cm long!!! Ignorant, rude and a waste of my time and fuel. Cant believe UPS associate with them.

        Useless. Visited just after midday the women told me the UPS man had already been and due to being a collection point for other companies she hadnt got room to take anymore. Rubbish Ive wasted my time and fuel taking it there
