        Grandson did online tests through this Company and always scored well.Attended the mock at a venue where format of answer sheet inexplicably changed from horizontal line to circle.Results showed 0 for whole sections.Tried to speak to representative to find what went wrong unable to contact by e.mail phone or letter.We needed to get some help as the exams are imminent and my Grandsons confidence has been shattered.He did same test at home and scored highly.This firm wasquickenough taking our money
