There is a lovely message saying how the receptionists are there to help and they dont deserve abuse and show them respect. Rightfully so, I agree but maybe tell the receptionists the patient also needs to be shown respect, works both ways !!!! Only been at this doctors for a short time due to moving house and oh my god I miss my old doctors . No help, no respect and no one knows manners anymore. My story is too long for a review but ended up crying my eyes out and leaving this doctors due to how I was treated. The chemist next door are just as bad too. Never been so ashamed to be English , the NHS is failing badly .

I have been with this surgery for over 3 years and I do not need a lot of visits, I barely use them. It was more or less ok, however the last contact with this surgery has left me speechless. I had to wait 2 weeks for a phone call when I wanted an appointment. The receptionist was rude and when I finally received the phone call I was told that I was healthy and they would not see me, even though they have never met me. I was also told to examine myself and all my concerns were completely dismissed. It was a very unpleasant conversation and I do not appreciate being spoken to that way. If all I get is a questionnaire on the phone and I have to examine myself then what do I need this surgery for? From what I gathered I can Google my problems and when its too late only then will they see me (after a 2 week wait phone call of course!) Remember that your patients are your customers. Customer service matters. I am switching surgeries.
