Booked a holiday to Thailand & Singapore with Sally, great communication, adjusted a few things until everything was exactly as we wanted. Sally gave us all info regarding visa,covid etc. Saved us time doing this ourselves. Sally completed our online check in too. And kept in touch for feedback. Already recommended to family and friends some of whom have booked and are also very happy customers. Will be booking again soon

All the little personal touches meant so much, Complimentary drinks, and making a Birthday special when on Holiday. Sally ward is the best travel agent we have ever used! We have now booked 3 times with her and she goes above and beyond and is loads better value than the high street! I cannot recommend her enough!!! Thank you
