Came here for a 7 week early pregnancy scan today and the whole experience was awful (apart from them being able to find a heartbeat which is obviously the news we wanted!) We went to 4d baby face during our last pregnancy where the service we received was much better and much friendlier. We will be using them for our future scans. Appointment was at 2pm and we ended up leaving at 3:05pm, not even being called in to be seen for the first bit until 2:40pm before we were told to go outside and wait again. About 10 minutes of this was in the scan room so lots of waiting round aimlessly with no communication from them. When we were finally seen there was zero warmth from the sonographer and considering what a sensitive and nerve-wracking thing it is to go for the early heartbeat scan, the lady scanning was extremely rude, robotic and unfriendly. It made what should have been a really happy moment for us upsetting and frustrating. I asked when we were there if we could have a different sonographer and the admin girls were very friendly, and suggested if we came again we book with Jo as apparently this sonographer is much nicer. However we will not be returning.

Really lovely experience. I was nervous because of previous bad experiences in other private scanning facilities (HeyBaby Solihull) but the team were kind and excellent. The sonographer was professional and confident. Will definitely be back!

Came today for an early scan. I couldn't be any happier with the service I've had today. Will definitely becoming back for a gender scan when it's time. Thank you for putting my mind at ease. And being so lovely. I couldn't have felt any more at ease.

Great experience, friendly staff and great quality images & video. Just a shame theres no other option of media format. DVD seems wasteful & antiquated. Would be much better if digital copy was at least an option.
