AKI was the most helpful, honest and understanding man. Very patient and knowledgeable towards my father's phone situation. I will definately recommend his shop and services to anyone and visit him for all my phone needs. He is a credit to Bromsgrove high street and to humankind. He should be nominated to be a part of the Court Leet for his longstanding dedication and services to helping the people of Bromsgrove with their vital phone communication needs.

I bought a phone and I was struggling to get the phone to function as I couldn't remember my passwords but Aki from Phone Club went over and beyond helping me get my phone working and was patient with me as I was really stressed I would give this shop 10 stars if I could but google on allows 5 would definitely recommend this shop with unmatched customer service Thank you Mrs Blakeway

can't fault this place!!! honestly was in such a panic, had somehow managed to get my charger stuck in my phones charging port... don't ask me how. ONE HOUR and it's fixed; only place i would ever use. thanks again

Great experience, first time I have ever broken a screen and its in immaculate condition. Very friendly and chatty and welcoming. Reasonable prices that everyone can afford if you have broken anything. Overall great place to go, will now be my local phone shop. I recommend to everyone around the area as its probably the best one
