I had a fabulous experience when buying a property through Allan Morris. Emma, Sandra and the team were amazing and a fantastic customer service experience through a difficult process. It was certainly a change to have every call and email followed up It felt like I was taking up all the time which I probably was, but their professionalism never showed that.

All staff in bromsgrove branch went above and beyond helping me sell a property which I didn't own, but had to deal with it after a family death. Stephen and the girls were amazing I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a BIG ASK. 2 families, 3 generations into 1 property and do a part exchange. Realistically there were risks at every angle.
