        Louise helped a friend of mine to stop smoking 2 years ago so she was recommended to me when I was looking for hypnotherapy to help with anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I have been on an NHS waiting list for talking therapy for 3 months and I dont think Ill have an appointment any time soon. Ive been seeing Louise weekly since the start of January for hypnosis and I can really notice a difference. Its a really pleasant experience, I dont have to talk about my past and Im a lot calmer, feel more positive and even the physical symptoms of anxiety are going. I have noticed that my IBS symptoms have improved too.

        I gave up smoking using Hypnotherapy with Louise over a year ago now. I still havent touched or wanted a cigarette. She has also helped many of my friends and family with phobias and anxiety and I recommend her services to anyone needing help
